Who we are

What Vagaplan provides
Vagaplan generates AI-powered travel itineraries based on the preferences you provide. Each itinerary includes a day-by-day schedule, estimated budgets, accommodation suggestions, and booking links.
Itineraries are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and are intended as a starting point for your trip planning. Always verify visa requirements, opening hours, prices, and safety conditions directly before travelling. Vagaplan is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information in generated itineraries.
Purchases and tokens
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your 3 trip ideas are free. Building a full day-by-day itinerary costs tokens — one token per week of travel (we round up, so a two-week trip uses two tokens). You can buy:
- —Token packs ($5 / $10 / $20): 1, 3 or 8 tokens. The larger the pack, the cheaper each token. Tokens never expire.
- —Pro — monthly ($10): Membership: 5 tokens each month (they carry over), member top-ups at $2/token, and priority builds. Cancel anytime.
- —Pro — yearly ($100): Pro for twelve months — 5 tokens dripped each month, member top-ups and priority. Best value.
Itinerary links are active for 90 days after generation. Tokens do not expire. Pro is a recurring membership (monthly or yearly) that grants monthly tokens and renews until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep any tokens already granted and any itineraries you have already built.
Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your itinerary. Our refund policy reflects the digital nature of the product:
If a build fails or something goes wrong technically, the tokens for that build are automatically returned to your balance. If you are unhappy with the quality of an itinerary, or hit a broken link or major factual error, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund the tokens. Unused token packs can be refunded on request.
Cancel anytime. If you cancel a yearly membership partway through, we refund the unused portion — you are charged only for the months elapsed and refunded the difference. Any tokens already added to your account are yours to keep and use whenever you like; only future monthly token grants stop.

Affiliate links
Vagaplan includes affiliate links to hotels, tours, car rentals, travel insurance, and other services. We may receive a commission if you purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. Our full disclosure is on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse the service (e.g., automated access, sharing accounts, or attempting to extract itinerary data at scale).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for any changes that affect paid subscriptions.
Limitation of liability
Vagaplan provides itineraries "as is" for planning purposes only. We are not liable for travel disruptions, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm arising from your use of a Vagaplan itinerary. Always purchase appropriate travel insurance and verify all details before you travel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Vagaplan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date.
