Who we are

What Vagaplan provides
Vagaplan generates AI-powered travel itineraries based on the preferences you provide. Each itinerary includes a day-by-day schedule, estimated budgets, accommodation suggestions, and booking links.
Itineraries are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and are intended as a starting point for your trip planning. Always verify visa requirements, opening hours, prices, and safety conditions directly before travelling. Vagaplan is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information in generated itineraries.
Purchases and credits
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you are paying for one of the following:
- —Single Itinerary ($4.99): One full day-by-day itinerary for the trip you select at checkout.
- —3-Trip Bundle ($10): Three itinerary credits, usable on any three trips, any time.
- —Unlimited — 6 Months ($30): Unlimited itinerary generation for six months from the date of purchase.
- —Unlimited — 1 Year ($50): Unlimited itinerary generation for twelve months from the date of purchase.
Itinerary links are active for 90 days after generation. Bundle credits do not expire.
Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your itinerary. Our refund policy reflects the digital nature of the product:
If you are unhappy with the quality of your itinerary, or if something went wrong (generation failed, broken link, major factual error), contact us and we will issue a full refund or regenerate your itinerary at no charge.
If you have not yet used any credits: full refund available on request. If you have used one or two credits and are unhappy, contact us — we will consider a partial refund at our discretion. If you have used all three credits, refunds are not available.
If you have not generated any itineraries: full refund on request. If you have generated one or two and are genuinely unsatisfied, contact us and we will consider a full or partial refund. If you have generated a significant number of itineraries under the plan, refunds are not available.
To request a refund, email rexthebeardedvagabond@gmail.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Affiliate links
Vagaplan includes affiliate links to hotels, tours, car rentals, travel insurance, and other services. We may receive a commission if you purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. Our full disclosure is on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse the service (e.g., automated access, sharing unlimited accounts, or attempting to extract itinerary data at scale).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for any changes that affect paid subscriptions.
Limitation of liability
Vagaplan provides itineraries "as is" for planning purposes only. We are not liable for travel disruptions, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm arising from your use of a Vagaplan itinerary. Always purchase appropriate travel insurance and verify all details before you travel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Vagaplan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date.
