What information we collect

• —Email address: Collected when you enter it on the results page, create an account, or complete a purchase. Used to deliver your itinerary, confirm payment, and send occasional travel content (unsubscribe anytime).
• —Travel preferences: Your form answers (destination, budget, duration, vibe, etc.) are used solely to generate your trip ideas and itinerary. Not sold or shared.
• —Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or CVV.
• —Account data: If you create an account via Clerk, we store your name, email, and the itineraries linked to your account.
• —Usage data: Standard analytics via Google Analytics GA4 (pages visited, session duration). No fingerprinting or invasive tracking.

Third-party services

We use the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• —Anthropic (Claude API): AI itinerary generation — your travel preferences are sent to Claude to produce your trip plan
• —Google Analytics (GA4): Anonymous usage statistics

Data retention

Itinerary data is stored for up to 90 days after generation. Email addresses and account data are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing rexthebeardedvagabond@gmail.com.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To delete your account or data, contact rexthebeardedvagabond@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — session cookies required for authentication (Clerk) and optional analytics cookies. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Affiliate partners (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.) may set their own cookies when you click their links.
